Medical Services

 Health Assessment, over 75.

Our doctors recommend an annual Health Assessment for all patients 75 and above. This in-depth assessment is a way of identifying health issues that are potentially preventable or amenable to early treatment to improve health and quality of life. RN Gina Sealey is the co-ordinator of 75 plus Health Assessments and can be contacted on 5523 2322.

Health Assessment, 45-49 year old.

A health assessment is recommended for everyone ages 45-49 who has a specific risk factor for developing a chronic disease. These risk factors include smoking, overweight, high blood pressure or a family history of chronic disease. The Health Assessment is a comprehensive medical check and will give us a great opportunity to assess current medical conditions, whilst attention will be paid to preventative health factors specific to the individual patients needs.
