We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and quality of service. We spend time trying to improve, and we are always interested to hear feedback, both good and bad.


If you have any suggestions about our service or are unhappy with the attention you have received, please contact the Practice Manager (Sharon England), via telephone or in person. There are a number of suggestion boxes at the Medical Centre, where you may make written comment.


We have an internal procedure for handling every complaint about the quality of medical care, and we will keep you informed.


If we do not address your complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the Health Services Commissioner. Their service is free and confidential, and helps consumers make their concerns known to service providers, and helps resolve complaints.
