Seaport Medical Centre opened in 1983 and is owned and operated by Sharon England who managed the Practice for 30 years prior to taking over ownership.

Since that time Seaport Medical Centre has undertaken considerable expansion with improvements and advancements in all areas of the Practice. From the original 2 consulting rooms the Practice today comprises of 7 consulting rooms, 5 treatment rooms, 3 reception / waiting areas and 2 interview rooms. The Practice is supported by 6 doctors, a practice manager, registered nurses, podiatrist and administrative and reception staff.

The doctors provide a comprehensive range of family medical services and have special interests including child and maternal health, community medicine, palliative care, sexual health, forensic medicine, minor surgery, obstetrics and paediatrics.
